Here at Mountain Bike Advice, we examine the freely available mountain bikes from the major manufacturers and review them without favor individually (here in the MTB Reviews) and against one another (under MTB Comparisons).
We intentionally categorize them in the price ranges (below) to make it easier to compare similar bikes. It’s of little use to anyone wishing to purchase a mountain bike to compare a top end DiamondBack Release 3 Full Suspension or Stradelli Carbon Dual Suspension mountain bike to an entry level Huffy Hardtail mountain bike, for example.
